Weekly Photo Challenge: Escape
So, this week’s photo challenge is escape, obviously.
For me, this means my escape. My all too brief escape from reality.

Although, one could also say this Cheetah would also love to escape the enclosure it is in.

The oceanarium really captures escape…well done.

The Oceanarium was amazing; a nice surprise in fact. I hadn’t expected much from it tbh, but well worth the visit if you ever go to Portugal. It was divided into different oceans i.e. pacific, antarctic etc so one area which was acrtic was kept very cold (nice on a hot day) and the others kept warm.
There’s a central main, enormous tank with the sharks and such in and then smaller tanks with other fish such as clown fish, anemones etc.
I have had Lisbon on my list of must visit places and most definitely after seeing your amazing pictures

It is a lovely place and the thing I liked most was that I didn’t feel too out of place!
By that I mean they’re not a tall race in general, and it’s not like going to the Netherlands or other north European countries where they dwarf you!! I’m not a short person, but I’m also definitely not tall 🙂
Of course it also helped that OH is Portuguese so I knew he would at least understand most things if I couldn’t ( I hate being the ignorant tourist expecting ppl to speak English to me).
