In a Vase on Monday
Another few rose vases; even I’m beginning to bore myself by posting them all the time. Maybe I should be a little more adventurous.
But also, it’s just so easy to cut a few rose flowers on my way around and plonk them in a vase.
I do realise, however that I should begin making more interesting arrangements. I also realise I need to stop placing the deep Tess of the D’Urbervilles with this unknown yellow rose because the colours always really blow out.
Gertrude Jekyll has produced plenty of flowers so far this year, here we have two different vases which look pretty much the same but trust me one only has two flowers in but the other has more.
